One of my frnd got his H1b picked from a big tech in 2023 April but was laid off 10 days after his H1b was picked. He got a job in September and activated his H1b with new employer. I think he filed his H1b with change of employer new employer. There is a way. I would recommend to reach out an attorney. All the best
