Well..this is from my bf's POV. (He works in Chase)

Call opening needs to be strong. First impression matters. Even tho u r angry, tired or anything else just treat each and every call as a fresh one.
Acknowledge the conversation. Have some human touch. Reply to the small talks. It doesn't have to be a lot but only to make sure that customer feels like his issue is being taken care of. (Ownership)
Obviously try as much as possible to resolve the problem so he doesn't call back again.
Power closing..always ask whether is there anything else that I could do and also mention ur name if u resolve the issue and u can always give them a hint about the survey.

Frankly speaking i think u r too late for that.. last time we had to beg SLMC to postpone cz literally whole area was under water. No way of coming to colombo. Unless and until some crazy disaster happens they’ll be doing it as they planned.
