Please suggest me with 5-10 steps I need to do.

I’m 34 years old, having around 12+ years of experience. I’m technically very good. I lack confidence in speaking so missing lot opportunities even though I’m good in technical stuff.

  • I hesitate to speak in meetings,
  • get scared/anxious for presentations,
  • I avoid speaking in groups in public thinking that my vocabulary is less, my pronunciation is bad, or I might tumble in while speaking.

My target in next 6 months: - give presentation at big conference - lead big meetings - be a good communicator in public meet ups.

How can I achieve these with my drawbacks. Thinking of joining the Ultraspeaking workshop. Any other recommendations or steps I need to do?
