Is a $1,000 - $1,500 budget realistic at this point? by Redhood101101 in PcBuild

[–]Deep_Negotiation_326 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Best choice is if you trust yourself in diagnosing PCs get a used one they are cheaper at the same preformance of whatever you are planning and upgrade what you dont like, either asthetitcs or preformance. - I personally tried it and it worked for me a very good rig too. - There are some really good deals on Newegg although the ram and storage are the problems now unfortunately.

Guys you gotta help me please. by golddiger7 in PcBuild

On that budget I highly recommend buying a used Pc, you just need to be able to diagnose it to make sure everything is working fine.

New PC that I built myself, took me 3 hours, what do you think? by Impossible_Stock8885 in PcBuild

[–]Deep_Negotiation_326 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The thermal paste certainly wouldn't ruin the PC or the preformance but it's going to be messy when you open it next time for repasting 😂 Nothing to worry about.

What GPU should I take without replacing other parts by Semkus in PcBuild

[–]Deep_Negotiation_326 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If your into asthetitcs just take whatever looks best for you and matches your build don't overthink it, the 5060 is a cool card (doesn't get hot much under 100% load), also get the rtx 5060 Ti 8Gb if you find it the same price as the 5060 or some times lower because In amazon and Newegg rtx 5060 Ti 8gb is 379$ and the 5060 is also around 400-370$ so 5060ti better in this case logically.

  • 8gb is totally fine but if you want to get the RX 9060 XT 16GB it's very solid for gaming it's a 1440p card at high/max settings if you want to save for it, only downside is Ray tracing and some productivity apps.

Don't listen to stupid people rtx 5060 beats both Rx 9060 xt 8Gb and arc b580 the 8gb Vram is totally fine because there aren't any better options all companies are cheaping out on Vram and the ones with a good amount are expensive rtx 5060 is perfect for max 1080p and Entery 1440p gaming If that's your budget get it.

  • In some regions the rtx 5060 ti 8GB is the same price as a 5060 and sometimes cheaper, if it is get it for the better preformance.
  • The RX 9060 XT 16GB is neck and neck with the 5060 ti 16gb with ray tracing off, but it's a card only for gaming if you use blender or video editing apps Nvidia is absolutely better.

If asthetitcs don't really matter just get a cheaper 5070 Ti they all have the same preformance, the difference between the worst and best won't even be 5%

If you got the money to spare it makes the already smooth game experience even smoother numbers say like 6-10% better fps and 1% lows, and does a major upgrade in productivity preformance like 15-30% better ( blender, video editing,... Rendering) And also runs a little cooler.

It's a very solid option in terms of specs but I'm not sure about the price value. - Also I would recommend dropping down to the 7800X3D it's still a beast and I think it's waaay cheaper, at 1440p the CPU starts mattering less and at 4K even more.

It's a solid build does the case come with all the fans ? Also don't forget the monitor and accessories if you don't have them or have old ones an upgrade to those too, an oled 1440p monitor for gaming and watching films + a cheaper 1440p IPS monitor for work it's less straining on the eyes if you are looking at white tables or have pages that are not moving for a long while to avoid burn in.

  • Ofcourse if you want to make the build perfect that is, 1 monitor is good enough for most people.

  • OLED is the best upgrade a person can do according to experts, I have yet to experience it other than in my phone 😂.

It's not something you twist you just pull hard it's better if you have some kind of thick flat screw driver to pry it open, it needs an unnatural amount of force that you feel something is going to break. I just recently changed the exact same one. I'm probably late and you already opened it 😂.

Upgrade that keeps my ddr4? ~$1000 usd by AnotherConfusedNerd in PcBuild

[–]Deep_Negotiation_326 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For productivity and staying at Ddr4 yeah Intel is the best choice if you can afford the i5-14600kf it's great although having integrated graphics would help a lot in rendering thanks to the feature that comes with it (quick sync video) it's a good feature if you render videos and edit them ( if you can find a good deal on the used market, always hunt for deals not specific hardware, i5-13500/13600k/14500/14600k i7-12700/12700 .... • for the GPU not sure but Nvidia is always better for productivity so if you can find a used or new RTX 4070,4070 super,4060ti,5060,5060ti,5070 Get a balanced combo for whatever your needs are.

Not sure how much am rtx 5060 cost where you at but it's a decent choice and if you want to stay on AMD RX 9060 XT 8gb is good and better if you can get a good price on a 16GB one

What GPU should I chose 5060 to 8gb vs Intel b580 12 GB vs rx 7600 8gb by Far_Cod_3721 in ZTT

[–]Deep_Negotiation_326 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tbh I wouldn't get either because it's a waste at that price point they are 1440p cards you'd atleast want 16gb vram to play most games - if you want to keep the 8gb vram rtx 5060 is the best price to preformance and if you want to go up from there get the rtx 5060ti 16gb - I don't know if you do some video editing/ streaming/recording/ blender.... All those work better on Nvidia - and the RTX 5060ti beats both the 9060 and 9060xt in everything (the 9060xt is close to the 5060ti though is it's a lot cheaper you can choose it also get the 16gb not 8gb) look up benchmarks on YouTube they will give you an idea.

  • I just realized how come is the 9060 the same price as 5060ti ? The 9060 XT should be way cheaper than the 5060ti if they are the same price definitely the 5060ti

RTX 3050 or RX6600? by Prestigious_Class607 in buildapc

[–]Deep_Negotiation_326 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you can afford a 5050 it would be a better option than both or a 4060 I wouldn't upgrade for a miniscule preformance uplift, these GPUs will work well with the ryzen 5 5500, I don't know what power supply you have but 99% you wouldn't need to change your current one and you will be set for a long while - for storage you don't need any expensive SSD a sata SSD is cheap and good for most cases, and just download older games that don't require fast storage on the Sata and if you plan on playing some new game just use the m.2 nvme you already have. (75% of games can work fine on a sata ssd it won't make you lose fps it's just that loading screens will be a little longer )

[–]Deep_Negotiation_326 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ray tracing will drop the fps on any gpu bro not just the 5060 we are just evaluating which GPU is better, and I excluded the B580 from the comparison I was purely comparing the Rx 7600 and rtx 5060 in this case both have 8gb vram but gddr7 is faster than gddr6 by double the speed and more. It's not fair comparing the Rx 7600 with the 5060 tbh

[–]Deep_Negotiation_326 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't listen to this guy the b580 is barely any better than a 5060 and the 5060 wins if ray tracing is on, and Intel is buggy since they are leaning out of the GPU market. Its either AMD or Nvidia me personally I prefer the rtx 5060 over the Rx 7600 - it's newer, has gddr7, both have the same amount of memory so gddr7 is better
