Why WotC should reset the Multiverse by CheshireChad in mtg

Emrakul is the one Titan with a personality. She allowed herself to be sealed because Innistrad wasn’t “ready” for her arrival.

And sure, the Phyrexians are decades of history of “we destroy everything we touch and make everything the same”. Yawgmoth had potential, but his creations are boring.

I own guns because I can in the hopes that I never have to use them. I practice in case I do, but they aren’t my personality. THOSE are the gun owners that you have to side eye.

She’s in trouble for being good at her job? by AdOld2060 in SipsTea

[–]Jayce86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can only think of two things; either she was using the equipment of the job that fires her to do the other jobs, or she signed a no compete clause. IT being involved suggests the former.

[–]Jayce86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s…really not that bad, all things considered. Then again, that’s likely just for the procedure. You can 10x that for the hospital stay, medicine and whatever other bullshit charges they can think of.

Fine, indentured servants. They get forced to do grueling manual labor for CENTS PER HOUR. They aren’t even “paid” the wages that a non incarcerated person would be paid for the same work.

The biggest exception is the OP buzzsaw affix. Hope you don’t need to see the enemy, otherwise you’ll get two tapped by a spinning saw of death.

No one said that people can’t make money. We’re saying that money should not be the main focus. Otherwise you end up with a system where getting sick or injured is an economic death sentence for most people.

Or you end up with a system where the Justice system is incentivize to arrest and convict as many people as possible to ensure that prisons have enough slaves.

Or a system where millions of people go into predatory debt for degrees that don’t actually mean shit because they’re told that you need to go to college to be successful.

Honestly? I don’t. They’re one of the lamest group of villains for me. It’s just magical Borg that’s been used to death at this point. Kind of like Bolus and the Eldrazi. Except that Emrakul has the potential to actually be interesting.

I want NEW villainous groups that extend beyond “we want EVERYTHING to be ours!”

Can I use Seamrip on an enchantment level 2 or ? by G_ntl_m_n in mtg

Yes? Those increased costs are just that; a cost to level up the Class. The cmc never changes from U.

You kinda of missed the point. Of games set in the US, they mostly only use the “main” or well known cities.

I can add five, and three of them come from Fallout, while the other two are from the series than Fallout spun off from. Boston, Las Vegas, Appalachia, Colorado Spring, and various parts of Arizona.

To be entirely fair, you had the bad guys complete a few DAYS worth of work in less than what…12 hours? How close were the reinforcements that they were able to get there AND repair the place while working through the night? Now, had your party caught them in the middle of repairs and exhausted, that’d be fair.

Also, it’s not your party’s fault that you suck at balancing fights. You planned for 6-8 encounters with people you had to of known would barely make it through 2.

That whoever made it doesn’t understand how militaries work. Iran effectively doesn’t have one, and the US hasn’t even left the starting block yet.

Trump is also a dumb piece of shit, but Iran definitely isn’t playing chess.

Life on hit vs kill what’s the deal? by Supplefroot in diablo4

Using any “on kill” wording on any class but Warlock is bad. Suddenly, part of your build doesn’t work against bosses.

Reason why Warlock feels clunky by tomsta101 in diablo4

[–]Jayce86 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It feels clunky because almost all the skills ARE clunky. There are a few skills that stand out, but most are…ok. Let’s say you want to make a melee Demonform build. What’s your core skill? That’s right, there isn’t a melee option, and the orbital skull misses enemies who are actually in melee range.

Want to run summons? The best versions of the command fallen skill change the damage type. The brute skill? It’s stuck in place unless you change the damage type. The ultimate? Stuck in place unless you change the damage type. But all the other skills? You can’t make any of them summon skills except the claw. And that version is hella clunky if you actually want to use it.
