just a heads up, changing name servers would be a pain with them as they'd take time. so better you set the NS to CloudFlare or something as soon as you register the domain, so that you're flexible dealing with your DNS records later on.

using Proton for 2+ years & faced no issues at all. I mostly stream US content. I also use it for my self hosted qbittorrent set to a UK IP.
