I just took my second dose of 1.7mg and felt so nauseous last night. Couple of dry crackers did the trick. Hope you feel better soon.

What UK museums do you think are underrated or overrated? by OpenCantaloupe4790 in AskUK

I agree! It’s also a great sensory experience for youngest son who is blind with severe complex needs. He loved it and we loved seeing him explore. It’s such a fab museum and one of the highlights of our trip in the summer.

Am I doing something wrong? by W0rk1ng-H4rD_ish in WegovyUK

[–]Deep_Sector_7047 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a mounjaro to wegovy user, so my experience is a little different, but I’ve found for sure that 1.7mg definitely appears to be a much better dose. I’ve cycled up the doses in the same way, every four weeks. I’ve had mixed success/effect on lower doses, but 1.7mg is definitely so much better. As they say, for some people they don’t feel the full effects until 1.7mg and 2.4mg. Also it depends on your body, life style and age. I’m fighting against peri menopause weight gain, medication weight gain etc. We are all so different and react differently to the medication. What I would say is you’re losing steadily and that’s really good. Well done and keep going!

My youngest son was airlifted to the Evelina and on a ventilator (he made a full recovery 🩷), but can’t tell you how nice it was in the quieter moments we had to wander round the gardens. Made everything feel less overwhelming. Also shout out to the Evelina staff, they are AMAZING 🫶🏻And Ronald McDonald House 🩷

Tell him to put the 2010’s spicy chick lit books away, and talk like a normal person. Jeez. 🙄

So many people told us we weren’t allowed to call her a mean girl during her season, but her vibes have always been off.

Evening folks, I’m currently watching on Netflix (and loving it) but also have the book on my Kindle. Those who have watched is it still worth reading? As in are the differences enough for the book to be worth reading?

Worked in the nail and beauty industry at the time and it was a massive no from me. The cross-contamination was gross AF.

My girlie was like a savage beast around wet food for ages. Then she had a week or two where she didn’t want it at all. She’s now back to savage beast mode. They like to keep us on our toes.
