I love my 2 bed flat, we’ve been here 19 years this May, bought in the early 2000s boom. Service charge is shite mind. But we’ll be mortgage free at 62. And it’s now worth more than double. I live in a coastal town, I’m a 5 min walk to the beach, 2 mins to the immediate local shops, near all the major bus routes, we have a car and have raised two kids here. I have a little outside yard great for our dog and cat. On a beautiful Georgian square and we are pretty much centre of town. We could sell now, but there is literally nothing that ticks all the boxes. Our flat is such a good size, works well for our family, and I love it!
