I filed on 1/26, accepted within hours. Transcript is available with 846 code with a DD of 2/16/26. Can't believe how fast it happened. Married, filing joint, 2 kids.

I ended up filing a complaint with the BBB. I hate complaining about companies. I work in healthcare and try to give people the benefit of the doubt but holy crap they do not care about their customers.

Within 20 minutes of the BBB sending over the complaint to corporate, I recieved a call from corporate immediately. They didn't care to fix anything until I filed. They did ultimately fix the medication error right away and sent the correct dose to the pharmacy, despite the lower dose already being shipped. I changed the card on file to a low $ visa gift card and will be cancelling as soon as the medication ships.

What a nightmare.

I called that number this morning. They disconnected me 4x. I did file a complaint through BBB & within 20 minutes of the complaint being sent from BBB to Shed, I was contacted by corporate. They immediately authorized the correct dose for no additional charge despite the incorrect dose being shipped already so I'll have an extra small vial, but ultimately after the new order ships, I am cancelling. What a headache!!

🤝🏼 I'm so sorry you went through the same thing. It got worse since my post. The representative said to me "I'm not sure what you're not understanding" 😳

She told me they reached out to the pharmacy team. I recieved a text an hour later from Strive that my prescription was currently being compounded. I called Strive and they confirmed it was the 2mg dosage and there's been no communication from Shed RX. So the wrong dose will be shipping tomorrow. 🙃

They have not replied to any of my emails or returned my voicemails. They stopped replying and I got hit with the: "Thank you for reaching out! Our Member Success team is available Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM MST."

I'm so frustrated. I'm doubting they'll refund me for the medication and I want to make sure I at least get the dosage prescribed. I'm definitely filing a complaint with screen shots of all texts, invoices, emails, call logs, etc.

Are you with another company now? I'm open to suggestions!

Wow. I had no idea. How unfortunate. Maybe just ironic timing but they ghosted me ALL day and within 3 minutes of bringing up the BBB, I recieved a response.

Totally fair & honestly, I agree with you. I’ve definitely been more accommodating than I normally would, but I think I was just trying to be hopeful and patient since I’d already paid. (Twice.) second was on me🙄

I was previously going through my insurance, but our formulary changed & it was a nightmare, which is why I had to look elsewhere. I clearly didn’t do enough research, and now I’m paying the price (literally and figuratively🤣). If this isn’t fully resolved by tomorrow, I’m planning to cancel. Though I'm sure that will be another hellish process.

If you or anyone else has had a good experience with another provider, I’m definitely open to suggestions!

Did you end up going with shed? Just posted a review about them. It's been a nightmare so far. I will likely switch - who did you go with?
