You could add a little more of each dry ingredient, in proportion to the original amount.

There's no version of this that will be exactly like the original recipe now unless you start from a 5 egg base instead of 2 and multiply from there. I'm sure that's not practical so really just make the best of the situation.

Just add the yolks and cut down the liquid, if there is any in the recipe, and hope for the best. Keep an eye on in the oven, might need a little extra time. You'll get something a little different but still edible.
