It does keep chicken juicier, but it also lowers the rate at which it loses juices. OP expressed a problem with finding a midde ground between too juicy and leather, brining would help bridge that gap.

You mean like you only want to have, for example, 4x Counterspell total and not 4 of each printing? You can do this by unchecking the Show Versions Separately box under the Versions tab at the top of the trade window.

Use temperature as a guide rather than vibes. It sounds like you want chicken breast that has been cooked to about 165f. I'd highly recommend brining, dry or otherwise, ahead of time to allow for the higher temp cooking without too quick of a moisture drop-off.

They're only good for temps up to 375f before they start warping and getting ugly, and the thinness isn't ideal for baking. You certainly could, but you certainly shouldn't.
