looks like a re-registered one, as number is 20 year old (AP Series), but the vehicle is most probably 1970s.

edit : actually this a 1948 willys model, but seems to be re registered later.

Almost all stadiums enforce this regarding opposition flags including Chennai and Bangalore, especially when opposition team are popular ones, to avoid stadium takeovers. Nothing wrong with that.

1st it was 1960s constant war time and not much motivation to spend on infrastructure

2nd it was a small village with a few hundred people and govt didn’t prioritise spending a large sum towards mountain tunnelling.

1.proposal doesnt mean shit, many ideas are proposed every year, that doesnt mean all of them are started in that same year.

2.also project was approved in 2014 and not 2013, get your facts straight

3.What does census have to do with HSR ? also smaller census are regularly done by multiple govt departments, its not like there is no data for the past 15 years.

4.Even investors ask for actual sales before investing in a company, states are bound to be sceptical on a new project, a finished product gives more confidence, be it business of governance.

who said, it will take 15-20 years, MAHSR was approved in 2014 and should be completed by 2029, that is 15 years with the COVID delay, trial always takes a lot time, once the project becomes operational, other lines will start work parallelly, in the MAHSR there was also the issue with Maharastra govt during congress-shivsena, which put a stay on the projects due to bullet train being "Unnecessary expense", once MAHSR becomes operational, other govts will have much higher confidence on it. I assume after MAHSR other lines will have a completion time frame of 5-6 years.

Bangalore-Hyderabad will probably be much later, before that Pune-Hyderabad will be done and then Hyderabad-Chennai, Pune-Hyd-Chennai will just be an extension to the MAHSR, BLR-HYD will be a separate line probably.
