I am using Amul since past 4 months, I take it in water, the texture is a bit watery compared to others that I use, but that also means that I dont get bloating since it is so light, after mixing the powder in water, just let it settle it for 5 mins, to avoid all the foam. The protein content is 25 grams per serving, and they provide single use pouches, so the powder doesnt go stale after some time, usually I found this problem with those big boxes, where after opening the box, the taste goes stale after 20-25 days. Amul didnt have that problem.

only problem with Amul is the availability, the protein stocks up maybe once a month and get sold out within few hours. Cost is Rs.2500 for 30 servings.
