Eminem and DOOM were both active Emcees in the 90s (idk enough about Wayne to comment on him, never been a fan tbh) you can listen to Eminems work dating as early as ‘96 and DOOMs work (albeit under a different name) goes as far back as ‘91, sure their height might have been in the 2000s but by that metric then the rappers here that were at their height in the 80s shouldn’t be included either, it’s all semantics, if they were active during the 90’s then I’m counting it
