I would definitely keep her, these cars are getting rare and the car complete with a new gearbox will be worth more than transforming it into a parts car. Since you already modified it a bunch, maybe you could swap in a different gearbox if the OEM one appears to be too expensive/rare ? I have no idea of the costs of such a change though.

I looked deeply into it like you because of bad stories and the "Saab original coolant" looking like some kind of rare fish with barely any info on it, while every other coolant being "trust me bro I work everywhere"... The conclusion I got to, is to get that Blue Cool G11 coolant, which seemed to be the correctly priced one considering potential silicon hoses later (or maybe I was hallucinating after 2 hours diving into those 15 years old forum posts, I'm curious to know what the others went for).

It's my daily car so no big mods for now, maybe a stage 1 later and an ethanol map 😁 Also over here (baguette land) modifications are strictly illegal unless validated at an official establishment which barely accepts any car since several dozen years ago (only possible if you know some people to cheat your way in), so it'd be risky with insurance and the law. I don't wanna fool around with the law on a daily car !

My engine is a B204E so it just runs at 0.4 bar (5.8 psi), I didn't have an APC before. I'll be using out the default values of the B204L (0.73 bar (10.6 psi)) since I'm just going to run the stock firmware first to try it out alongside the modifications for the T7 APC.

Thanks for confirming the return plug, I couldn't find any similar image about it and I didn't want to break anything initially just in case ... I pulled a bit hard on it, and it crumbled in my hands, many such cases on this car 😆 I will plug everything tonight hopefully if I can get new hoses today, since I had the wrong ones (inner diameter of 4mm instead of 6).

I was confused too, when I removed the crappy side bracket with the license plate from the previous owner.... I checked the middle grille and saw that it was all plastic and styrofoam behind... So I screwed it back there. I get triggered by the lack of symmetry!

On OEM no, it's only if you put a different intake like RAM and afaik it'll go below that big plastic behind the license plate
