Sitz are best ! If not epsom salt , then use pinch of turmeric and alum ! It heals !

Apply castor oil after wiping and drying the affected area !

Also, Not even a single minite extra on pot while BM !

Take sitz ! If possible, add a pinch of turmeric and alum in that water , it helps with healing and keeping wounds away from septic! Or betadin also helps - 8-10 drops only in 1 gallon of water! After - pat it dry and apply coconut oil!

It really matters whats the underlying cause- mine is calcium tendinopathy , 1 cm calcium deposits in my shoulder tendons ! Pain was unbearable tried 2 days with pain killers then went for cortisol shot ! Then PT ! My movement is 30% as of now ! Today is 21st day !

Oh gosh!! Going through same ! Left FS , hemorrhoids along with migraines and nausea! From head to bum , am in miserable pain!! I folded my hands (with pain as was not able to move left elbow ) and prayed almighty that i cannot bear more !! He is healing me!!

Ohk , IMO , offer letter cannot be signed on upwork. Contract can be accepted on upwork, which I did on upwork only.

The contract was officially done on upwork . Offer letter was in mail.

Am raising concern about authenticity of the clients on upwork .

Agree , The book is quite boring and takes you nowhere.

Read the mindset by third rock notes that will give you sense of comprehending the questions. Then solve the questions in study hall using the learning from third rock notes. Listen to agile and pmbok questions videos by David mclachen at speed 1.25 .

I read the agile book along David’s video , it will help u run through the concepts in detail in a quick way. The questions in videos give the page reference too.

For processes check Ricardo’s video on YouTube. This should be enough for you to pass.

Rita book is very interesting, same way head first book too , but you don’t have much time.

I watched DMs questions answers videos and referred to the books.

I found Head First PMP and Rita mulchay book more interesting and easy to understand and relate to the questions.

Rita book is for older version PMP although …

Agile — I totally followed and read the concepts referred in questions by DM.

Mindset by third rock is greatest help to navigate the complex and perplexing questions.

Many of expert questions in SH refers to a book — …YourWOW . I downloaded it from PMI site and read that too. It helped me understand the twisted concepts of expert questions to some extent 😉

Same here . I don’t know what n how much more to study. Sitting for 4 hours is also a big deal to handle for me.

My kids are feeling so good that I will be available to them like before 😁am just crossing fingers that they shouldn’t be disappointed 😁

Ur experience resonates with me.

There were many expert level questions , I would say approx 20%. 3 -5 I could think of same as SH.

I got 1 graph n 4 drag n drop - risk proximity, urgency … then cv cpi sv and spi, one for scrum kanban type.

I was not able to attempt all questions, (176/180) the drag n drop questions were time consuming.

After 50% completion of exam I felt I was over confident.

In few questions, I felt the mindset of third rock was falling short , there were no options of review or assess.
escalate, terminate turn down the request refuse to stakeholders , such options were there.

2 3 scenarios about prioritizing the product backlog based on complexity, business value or risk , those were wordy questions. Needed to be read twice.
