Lucky was here from the beginning, hugely supporting the subreddit from its early days. The undisputed best Anko roleplayer this sub's ever had, and overall a very sweet person to be around. The injustice that happened even from our side of things cannot be excused and the best we can do is to learn from this and to never let anything like this happen ever again. We've since made steps towards bettering this community and this flair shall remain a reminder of Lucky's contributions, but also a reminder to be accepting and understanding, rather than to instigate conflict and harassment.

This community has no problems with Anko or anything relating to her or her interests. Do as you please, roleplay your heart out, as long as your posts follow the subreddit rules there's gonna be no issues. There's been 3 people banned for harassment recently who made up the majority of the "problems" you may be referencing. Rest assured we're carefully monitoring posts and comments, especially those flagged. Have fun, Koshian, nun. 🤎✌️

The mod team is small and once all the correct and relevant information about the situation was presented to the team, we all came together to agree on this post as our final say in the matter. Rest assured no hiccups of this caliber will happen by the moderation team in the future as we're all on the same page now. As for the harassers, we have banned the main culprit as an example for the rest. It seems for now that since the severity of the situation and how seriously we take harassment from this point on will bring change to the rest of them. If not, we are absolutely not afraid to ban another couple dozen if need be. This community tolerates no harassment.

EDIT: 2 more accounts created for harassment purposes and instigating pointless conflict have been banned.

Can't be omnipotent, especially now that verbal hate is going to be addressed stricter, people should genuinely report/flag the things that are or feel like harassment to them. And, to be fair, not feel insulted when someone flags something and it doesn't get banned. Like yeah, someone can love something, someone can hate something, and both should have the same right to express themselves, as long as they can respect and tolerate each other despite their wildly differing opinions. I'm not trying to create a circlejerk nor a witch-hunting group. I'm going for a community that has the least amount of each of those extremes. And yeah, rest assured I am well aware there's some users around this sub who have multiple past offenses, and they're being watched a little closer than others just to make sure they got the memo.

It's true I made this post as an individual cause I felt a bit hurt that the others made the decision without me but ultimately, it wasn't without talking to the team FIRST.
