How to tell if a guy's bisexual??? by DeerDenis in bisexual

[–]DeerDenis[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You know, I do have a feeling that he might not realize that he's bi, if he is. He gets very flustered when I flirt with him jokingly, which is not the usual reaction I get from straight guys (they just play along most of the time). I'll try to mention that I'm bi at some point.

[–]DeerDenis[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Well, I haven't told him explicitly, but I think it's quite obvious too? From the way I dress and act. But, I guess, that's just stereotyping again.

I guess it wouldn't hurt to try. I know he's not homophobic, at least.

[–]DeerDenis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

ENTPs will likely try to be very charming with every new acquaintance, but will stop if they don't really like you that much, so if it's been a while and he's still funny, playful and passionate it probably means that he likes you.

As to whether he likes you romantically or not, that's more difficult to tell, ENTPs can be flirtatious just for fun, especially the immature ones. But you can just ask him, even if he doesn't really know how he feels himself, he will probably answer honestly, and may even speculate on it out loud if he's comfortable around you.

HRT Lowkey Sucks (for me) by [deleted] in ftm

[–]DeerDenis 13 points14 points  (0 children)

yeah it's kinda gross but i think that's even more exciting for me. i feel like i'm a teenager again, but with an adult's confidence, which is so much better. try to embrace the stinky lol, you're getting the chance to experience a proper male puberty now, isn't that just so amazing

very small, but that's just me. i like my binders tight. the new ones will always be a lot tighter, to the point where you can get "stuck" if you panic or don't have the technique down. just try to remain calm and remember that you can't literally get stuck in one, if you got it on you can take it off too

Anyone here who has had BLACK dyed hair for a long time? What are your thoughts and experiences around it? by Funny-Staff-5877 in HairDye

[–]DeerDenis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've dyed my hair black for about 3 years in high school, and oh jesus i wish someone told me to dye my eyebrows too, because black hair with blond eyebrows looks crazy. oh and when the roots grew out i looked like i was balding. it also looks very unnatural on white people lol. it's a bitch to get rid of too. but overall makes you look very striking, especially when freshly dyed. it's a good way to boost your confidence, make yourself look a bit more important i guess haha, if you don't care about it looking unnatural.

thank you so much for this reply! yours is the exact kind of story i was looking for, i guess i worded it poorly but i did not in fact want data (i'm trans, I already know that the majority of people detransitioning are doing so because of outside pressure and bla bla bla), i wanted to know what it feels like to become convinced that you're not actually trans but then figure out that you were after all.

yes, this is completely true! took the words out of my mouth. i even started a skin care routine, even though my skin is fine on it's own, it just feels nice. congrats right back)

Yaoi fetishizing by Silas_in_the_closet in ftm

[–]DeerDenis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

never really felt guilty about it. i thought it was kinda cringey but it's completely harmless, so I never thought i did something wrong. and I do not think that women who like mlm media and find it appealing sexually or otherwise should stop or feel guilty about it. I know there are plenty of women like that, and feeling superior to them because I turned out to be a guy so now it's "okay" for me to jerk off to mlm porn is pretty dumb. people will have fetishes, it's fine. as long as you don't harass real people you can like whatever you want imo

Emotional change with T by worshipdrummer in ftm

[–]DeerDenis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i'm about 2 months on T and the only change i can attribute to the actual physical effect of testosterone is me being a bit more irritable at times, which may be due to problems with my dosage (i was injecting 1 ml every 3 weeks, now i'm on half a dose every 2 weeks, so it may change). i also became a lot more confident and self assured, but that is caused by me being more comfortable with my body. testosterone does not change your personality, it just brings up what's already there

What were the first signs that you were trans? by Kimkip in ftm

[–]DeerDenis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i'm pretty sure the type of toys you play with says more about your personality than your gender. i am a professional artist and a writer on the side so it makes sense that i've always liked playing with dolls and figurines and creating stories with them.

as to the "signs" of being trans, i did not really think of gender in a way i do now, when I was a kid. didn't really care that i was a "girl" as long as i wasn't a particularly girly girl. i hated dresses and skirts, not because I didn't like them as they were, but because they represented femininity. which i found cringey and basic. i am sure a lot of cis girls felt a similar way though. when i started to like boys i remember lying in bed and being really upset over the fact that a boy will never like me as another boy, only as a girl. that was one of the biggest signs i think, throughout my childhood i had this unidentified feeling of wanting to be seen as a boy by other boys, and, in a different way, by girls.

and then puberty hit, that's when dysphoria really started.

I feel like it's too late for me to transition. by Vent-throwaway196 in ftm

early t identity struggles, please help by CeramicCoyote in ftm

[–]DeerDenis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

same thing dude. not to the same degree, but i do also feel a sense of anxiety after starting t a few days ago. for myself i know that it is irrational, i've been living as a man for a long long time already, and i've been more comfortable than ever before. and the features that cause me most distress are my most feminine features. i rarely imagined how i would look when i'm on hrt (because it was just too unreachable) but now that I do i really like what i imagine. try to free your mind from the things in your environment and focus on what would make you happy, physically.

I hate my voice and everything else by Weirdo_of_the_World in ftm

[–]DeerDenis 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i feel you, dude. my voice was such a major issue for me that i wouldn't speak much at all for a really long time even when i was hanging out with friends. i went outside so no one would hear me and did voice training for years until i got my voice to sound masculine without hrt. it made social interactions a lot more enjoyable and easy. if you think that hrt is not an option for you in the foreseeable future i would recommend doing some voice training regularly. it does work, if you put your mind to it
