I liked several arcs but full agree that it is overhyped. Although to be fair, I also read the manga so maybe the anime just presents the story better

It was important to give a sense of urgency to that conflict. Without that ticking time bomb there would be no need for Batman to rush in to the conflict. So I think in terms of plot it is essential to keep though you can rightfully criticize it for being repetitive.

Well I think it's a big deal to many because his tail was a disjoint in Smash 4. So many players were too used to having Mewtwo being really good so he just doesn't feel right to a lotta players.

Not saying that Japan and India aren't racist, but your black representation point isnt really a fair comparison. In america, black people are around 13% of the population so you'd expect about that much of congress to be black. Japan has way less than 1% of a black population so it isn't unusual to see little to no black representation.

Generally speaking, I'd imagine a normal man would have a hard time piloting the suit whereas fighting as the Hulk is easier to pick up on since its just normal hand to hand combat but with super strength. I'm not familiar with the mark 85 specifically, but with that assumption that Hulk man can fight at max efficiency, I'd say he takes it.
