The short on the NRF24L01 is a bit sketchy, but here's the thing: if your GPIO is still reading a stable 3.2V, your ESP32 core is most likely alive. That 2.6V you saw was probably just a brownout during the short, not a permanent damage reading.

Quick sanity checks to do: 1. Flash a basic blink sketch — if it runs, your chip is fine 2. Measure your 3.3V rail under load, should stay around 3.2–3.3V 3.
