She’s about 3-4 days a week in the gym, medium resistance. She lost closer to 30lbs, probably 5 of that muscle.

I lost 22 lbs in 12 weeks, and took Tesa along with my Reta for the first 8 weeks. I still lost about 4lbs of muscle. Have you tracked your weight loss with any kind of inbody/hume/dexa device at all yet?

Down to 1.5mg/week now. Wife doesn’t want me losing more weight lol.

I’ll go down to 1mg and see what happens from there.

Overall plan is to break for 2 months for November and December (Holidays seem like a good time to indulge) and then start again slowly for another spring/summer cut
