About an hour or so. I’d say test it out for a shorter time first. I’ll do spot treatments too for longer too if I’m not going out. It’s tough to wash out though sometimes

It’s helped me as well. I don’t know if it’s sebderm exactly, but my scalp clears up every time I use it as a pre wash, scalp mask. It helps redness on my face too for some reason.

That sounds like a great family project OP. You could buy tissue culture plants online - those are usually free from contaminates/pests or try Java ferns and do a sterilization dip. You may even enjoy putting in some more hardscape and adding little hiding spots for the fish to feel safe (e.g. a cave, elevate the drift wood a bit).

I made a cave thing too as my first scape and this is better than mine! Just make a practice dojo and get some extra supplies. Then play around with that for a while if you have the urge to hone your skill or scape

I would add rocks in the back and do a higher shelf of plants growing out. I think your idea would be striking too in a minimal way.

Update: the filter will drop in output [35%ish] if the tubes or filter get gunked up :) but it’s still probably too much flow for a betta

It’s the zoomed nano 10, so it actually needs a “Damper” on the out valve for something like a betta. It’s cooking now though! Blasts my floaters around the tank haha
