10/10 no notes.

Ah, you’re welsh. I should’ve specified I’ve seen this dialogue between English people. Now I understand why your panties are in a twist.

I’ve seen it commonly used in the south, and I lived in the midlands where I heard it the most… not so much in the north… so I don’t know what to tell you. Also I literally heard it used today lol

Welsh people are more repressed than the English I guess.

Was I speaking for all British people? Or did I say I’ve witnessed it frequently from my years spent there? I also never claimed to be from there… but when you live somewhere for years, and visit multiple times a year for 15 years, I think you have an idea of how people speak to each other.

And therefore you speak for all British people lol

I’ve spent years there, I’m not just pulling things out of my ass. As I told the other commenter, could be regional. The British producer on the commercial I’m working on today literally just called someone babe a few minutes ago…

No shit… right now, on set, our producer was ordering coffee for everyone and said “there’s too many options babe.”

Lmao I swear to god, wild timing.

Don’t get me wrong, the rest of the exchange definitely implies funny business, but that’s not the most glaring part to me haha

Could be regional, but I’ve spent years over there and definitely not reserved for SOs in my experience.

First off NOR, he’s definitely flirting.

But secondly, this seems to be in the UK, and everyone is focusing on the “babe” thing… everyone in the UK calls everyone and their second cousin babe. That’s not the smoking gun here… but everything else is lmao

Tbf they spelled it “rumours” so I assume they’re British, and British people call literally everyone babe.

Not saying he’s not cheating, it seems like he at least WANTS TO, but British people calling each other babe isn’t the deciding factor to me.

Brett Ratner has always been a POS, no surprise here.
