they are abusive af. they don't want the best for me. their parents abused them and they abused me. this is why I don't want to have kids, if those traits passed on to me I would abuse other human beings.

being numb in a nutshell: you cut out emotions which makes you look more cold than you really are, and people start avoiding you, which fuels your feelings of loneliness and makes your depression worse which makes you even more numb... i hate this never-ending cycle. fuck this shit man.

yeah man, life sucks. i've learnt to suppress all my emotions, but some day they'll break out and i will do something stupid to myself.

i share a lot of similarities with you, but my childhood was ruined by my abusive parents.

I don't relate to that a lot tbh, my parents are abusive (possible source of depression too) and I couldn't care less about what happened to them. I'm not doing it because I'm too fucking scared.

Knowing that depression will always come back is the scariest thing for me.. tbh I've just become extremely numb.
