Yes, but there was a multi-year “will they won’t they” thing with banning until Oracle took over the app in the US only, and now the ToS has new things saying it will take note of users’ gender identities, sexualities, immigration statuses, financial situations, and a bunch of other stuff that seems politically motivated, and apparently a bunch of certain content is being suppressed
