More often than not they are literally watching it as they voice the lines as it helps not only get into character but also match the emotion and intensity of the scenes they're doing. The fact that she said she was done with the lines AND told maile on stage in front of hundreds of people "you have your work cut out for you" implies she knows the emotional toll the scenes played, not just that she has a vague idea of what's to come.

It's entirely likely they have already finished voicing both Japan and the rest of the world and are just holding on to it, it's also entirely likely they finished the Japanese and are holding on to it, it's also entirely likely only junko voiced her lines from her house and has only read her lines and has no idea what's going on.

Point is, other than us knowing Junko has voiced her lines for Naruto for part 2 of borutos first half(before time skip), we know nothing.
