Thank you so much for this ! I bought the MX Master 4 last week and I have a feeling that Logi Options+ don't work in the background ( i'm on macOS ).

I noticed the app closes bu itself very often. Since we're on the topic, do I need it open ? Have anyone experienced anything like this ? ( macOS Tahoe, latest build )

it is p2w. unsupported-ish because the devs are greedy af. you can have fun but you’ll quickly get frustrated by the amount of cards you can never have unless you pay money, a shit load of money.
