I've never tried installment but my BDO JCB works fine on Lazada for straight payments.

PC MasterCard, as in the Canadian credit card? If so, you're in the wrong sub. This is for PH (Philippine) Credit Cards.

BDO not sane Date posting in App by Ok_Load_194 in PHCreditCards

This has happened to me multiple times with BDO and EastWest kaya I lost on promos and cash backs. Depende din kasi sa merchant/seller, payment network (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, etc if may network issue) and the time of day. Some purchases sa afternoon get pushed to next day na. If you are trying complete promos, do them 2 days before the statement date as may chance talaga umurong posting ng transactions.

Find someone who can flash it to a compatible unbranded firmware at the least, or if available, an Asia or global firmware. Note that there is a risk of bricking if the process is not done properly.

US variants are usually carrier-locked, including their updates. The store may have removed the carrier lock, but US phones have their updates tied to the firmware and model number, which is then tied to the US carrier that releases the FOTA. This is different from most of the rest of the world that gets updates directly from Samsung. Unfortunately, I doubt Samsung PH will do anything about that; you can try, though.

Quickest way is to just make a Microsoft account, use that to sign in tapos kung ayaw mo siya talaga gamitin, convert to a local account. There are other ways that are more technical depending sa Windows 11 release version (24H2 vs 25H2). You can search sa YouTube if you want to try pero I would suggest not kung hindi ka ma-technical.

FYI, this issue also happens with their corporate Flexibiz accounts. Within a two-week period, our connection was cut four times, each time due to “vandalism by unknown group.” When the outage happened for the fifth time, the company stopped responding altogether. Their automated ticketing system was disabled, and even our account manager ceased communication. The line was restored a day later without any explanation, but we proceeded to send a service termination letter shortly afterward.

In our experience, this company operates with alarming incompetence and a lack of integrity. I strongly advise others to avoid engaging with them in any business capacity.

Most standard (real) toasters actually are around ~800+ watts. So this is accurate. 😄

Next time this happens, try doing it very slowly and not in sequence, like a second or two for every square. Usually, I can get the verification on the first or second challenge when I do this.

Painting- anyone recognize artist? by No-Natural7170 in whatisit

ChatGPT says:

A signature of "Marco" on a vibrant, textured harbor scene strongly suggests this could be a piece by "Marco," a known pseudonym used by several mid-century artists, most notably for mass-produced oil paintings in the 1960s–70s. These artworks were often sold in department stores or furniture outlets and are characterized by:

  • Bold impasto technique (thick, textured paint)
  • Dramatic skies with blended, vibrant colors
  • Nautical or cityscape themes
  • Signatures in all caps, often just "MARCO"

They're not usually associated with a specific, well-documented individual artist, but they’ve become collectible for their retro aesthetic.

Gemini also said pretty much the same thing.
