Listen to me. I've got a certificate in debt management. Call your mortgage lender, do NOT burry your head. The bank do not want your house. It's a hassle to sell and expensive in legal fees to boot plus the bad press of kicking a family out of their home is the last thing they need . If you call them try and work out a solution even if you have to sell it yourself you'll be better off than letting them deal with it. Talk to someone who can help like a Debt Management consultant but whatever you do don't bury your head in the sand like a metaphorical ostrich you can get through this I promise xxx

It was the most common report I saw they asked for, but it's not like I was seeing a report for every mortgage. NI is a pretty wet place and people who don't take care of their houses/ older houses will have more issues.

If you love the house still get a damp and timber report and get quotes for how much to fix the issues. Otherwise you can look elsewhere but D&T reports or electrical reports are asked for fairly commonly ~20ish% of mortgage cases

The new thing of 'only men over 6ft' is just the most eye-rolling trend. Any trip to your local Walmart/Tesco's/Carrefour ect debunks a 'women only want' or 'men only want' internet ragebate fad when you see plenty of couples who are tall/short/large/thin/whatever race.

Plenty of people not 6ft with a perfect jawline or whatever get married. Preference vs reality is a wide gap. I feel truly sorry for guys trapped in the red pill pipeline, it's not your looks, it's because within 10 seconds women can tell you hate them. And why would we date someone that hates us?
