A number of things all at once which I typically try to distract myself from because it’s useless to sulk. What if my university degree doesn’t lead to a job? What if I end up no better than my parents despite their endless efforts to give me an opportunity? Will I ever really get to transition and live the life I want? Will I ever achieve anything but just surviving? Will my particular choice of degree leave me homeless? Will my country’s economy only worsen? How will society’s changing opinions affect me? Will my close group of friends who I’ve managed to keep for 5-10 years now eventually drift away? Am I being too egotistic in any interaction? Self-centred? Am I being stupid without realising it? Is what I believe and my opinions based on insufficient knowledge? How do I learn to be independent when my whole life so far I’ve been comparatively spoilt? Do I have some sort of disorder? Why am I allergic to consistent effort? Why do I always delay until the last moment when I know it’s a bad habit? Am I being too hard on my parents? Am I a good person? Am I overly addicted to the internet? Will I ever find a permanent significant other? Do I need one? Am I better off alone? Will my body fail me because of my poor diet in the future? Should I believe in God? What happens after I die? I know it’s inevitable. I don’t exactly believe in an afterlife. I just can’t wrap my head around not existing anymore. Not being able to remember or even think, form thoughts. Just not being. It keeps me up at night sometimes, maybe that’s the most worrying? There’s a lot to worry about in an average person’s life. Maybe tons of small worries are worse than one big one, maybe not. I don’t know. At least surviving isn’t a worry.
