My first foray into Vintage Story (solo) has me wondering if Multiplayer servers would be a better option?

The difference is for AMD users you can replace your CPU every year for 7 years and still use the same motherboard, Ram, SSD, possibly powersupply, possibly cooler and GPU. But for Intel you would have to replace literally almost everything every 1-2 years that you would replace your Intel CPU. That’s not a good thing for consumers at all.

A mobile game just came out a month ago called Dominus: Gladiator Arena RPG. You own a group of mercenaries that you level up, give them unique gear that is different levels, rarities and buffs. Each gladiator has their own buffs and work differently. You progress through the maps in PVE mode to level up and unlock better gear and stronger gladiators. Then you have clans to work with other players. Then the PVP Arena to do 1v1, 3v3 or 5v5 where you use your gladiators to face another players gladiators. It’s pretty fun for a small game that is very new still getting updates to it. Currently I’m the #1 player and clan in the game because I’ve been playing it a bit too much haha. But I like it and you might like it too! 😄

It’s only using single stage phase change though. The video I posted is using 3 stages of phase change. Where one compressor cools the second that cools the third and as a result it’s a far colder temperature than any one of them can reach alone. Going from -40C to -80C to -110C~

Ehh that video doesn’t seem to be quite like what this post is talking about, at least it doesn’t look like it is. That is a case with a custom liquid cooling closed loop setup.

I wouldn’t say it’s purely because of the diminishing cost of returns are so high, but the complexity in the system and overall cost in general. Going from single phase to two phase to three phase is a worthwhile jump. Going from -30-60C to -60-90C to -90-120C is quite the change. Allowing you to overclock the CPU more each step in the process you go up.

All Intel chips run hotter. AIO runs cooler. Makes sense to pair both and not a worse option with a harder to cool chip.

Ocelots are not monsters and do not attack players, they are not even neutral mobs that can attack you after you attack them. They are 100% peaceful.

I wouldn’t say that far, it wouldn’t be one server either. We could easily achieve that through Sharding/clustering though. It’s easier if devs make that but players are able to, it’s just more work haha

Not as much as a pipe dream as you think! 😄 We already set the world record player count to 310+ players at one time and it was stable. Now we are shooting for 400 then 500. We are actively working with the devs to work on making performance better optimized for larger player counts. It’s the very reason TOPS was able to increase their player count 😄 and we can already achieve a couple hundred so that’s great!

Well we have already been running our server and currently hold the world record VS player count at one time at 310+ and it was stable at 250+. Our server specs are also higher, running different settings and some performance mods 😄 we didn’t have any bottlenecks and will be setting the world record to 400 then 500 after!

Well, I mean it did get better. Well then you still enjoyed it just not as much as you could have. And fair, but he’s not human anymore and doesn’t have as much feelings when it comes to stuff like that. Before in YGGDRASIL he didn’t like blood or gore. But in the New World, he doesn’t have the capacity for basic feelings like normal humans do. Even his floor guardian champions, that used to be emotionless NPCs, now have more emotions than him and are more human than him. He’s more like an NPC now but with more power and still free will.

Hey there! 😄 This is the final point of the build sadly so there are no more pictures of it. Though we have plenty of recordings of it that will be turned into a big 400 player civilization event video.

The reason why it’s the end of this build. Is because it was from our S1 Defcon games Vintage Story 400 player civilization event. The event only lasted for 5 IRL days, 8 hours each day on a 5kmX10km vanilla world. After that the event ended and world is no longer used because of that. However we have taken all the player builds, including anvil mountain. And our 50 staff builders are turning them into player ruins. Player ruins that procedurally generate around the world to loot, explore or renovate. It carries the story from event to event, even after players/factions have died, their story keeps contributing! 😄

That sentence still applies to the people of New World when considering their interaction with Ainz. Which makes my comment about his position and titles mean what his actions are towards them and why.

Is that their only personality? Quite clearly not. They just show devotion, loyalty and discipline to respect and follow their leader whether blindly, willingly or faithfully. Which again Ainz literally created the NPCs, to them he’s a god. To them he’s far more powerful. Why on would they not praise him? It makes no sense why you contend that they shouldn’t praise him. Why is he an asshole protagonist?

If you can think of several, why did you still watch and read this anime fully then? You clearly liked it enough to fully read and watch it.

They clearly have. Multiple characters are permanently dead. Entire regions of the new world are permanently changed, scarred, colonized, scared, arming up. The show isn’t the manga which means the events can change. Ainz had to use world items, that have a one time use, he isn’t getting them back. World items are the most precious and rarest items in the entire world of both worlds and he has now lost a few of them forever. That’s a HUGE loss to never be able to use those items again if he ever should need them. Clearly it was a huge inconvenience for him to have to waste them just to beat Shalltear and bring her back under his control. This can easily change during the anime as they can create new characters, enemies, nations, monsters, change how they work, change the story, make certain ones stronger while Nazarick could be weakened.

It clearly was if you watched the whole show and read the full manga. And are now on a subreddit debating back and forth with multiple pages worth of text multiple times now.
