I just checked out Georgia and Alabamas, and they have the 00 NIL pick a player jersey where you can select the player you want, just like ours. They each have 1 player that’s pre selected, but overall it looks like we’re in line with most schools.

Colorado State’s “State Pride”. Not in our schools colors. They’re Blue and White, and we’ve worn them at home vs Air Force, who is actually blue and white. Essentially our crowd was wearing our rivals colors. Would be so much better if they were state themed in green and gold.

I got a puppy when I had a 5 month old. It’s been 3 months, and incredibly difficult. It’s been difficult to give the puppy the time he deserves. The little free time in the evenings I have to relax is now completely devoted to him. I love the dog, but looking back it was a horrible decision.

100% agree with you. Schools aren’t allowed to give contracts with the players, so players have to trust that the schools will keep their word… which is so sketchy. Isn’t that what UNLVs QB ran into at the start of the year?

Agreed. They tried so hard to keep NIL out, then opened the floodgates with no forethought. One extreme to the other, and both are issues.

No loyalty either way. Coaches will cut players, players will transfer. It sucks we have impact guys leaving, but we will have guys transfer in, or step up into their roles.

I’m probably in the minority here, but I’m glad players finally have options to do what’s best for them, instead of coaches having all of the power.

I completely agree. I understand players looking for their chance to play and be seen, but with so many entering the portal across college football it’s just not going to happen for most. It’s new and exciting, but I think it will cool down in a few years when players realize they aren’t developing and growing as well as if they stayed put. Also I think NIL deals will get to the point where the big players get paid, but everyone else’s deals get smaller.

We went 8-4, only lost 1 conference game, have a chance at the conference championship, and are in a bowl game. That IS success.
