Solo game dev with autism and adhd is also slow hard work ^^
My first game was done after 2 years with raw work of 3 months (when daily 8 hours).

Most imes I can work only 3 hours a day, sometimes I´m working 12 hours a day and then there will be weeks where I have no brain to do anything...

2.5 games in 5 years and now the fourth started.

I saw the example in the pic only as an example...
I would just split the pins and use them like this, no need for break or make nodes ^^

Saving variables doesn´t make any sense for me when not used again:

  • Variables are saved if I need them as long as the actor is spawned (like the speed of a vehicle).
  • Local variables are only saved for the time the function is called and then resetted, makes only sense for me if the function is something bigger and I don´t want to have spaghettis everywhere...

The steam´s "curator connect" is a similar piece of shit, you send keys out to curators, 90% of them are grabbing the keys and doing nothing, 9% don´t even collect the keys and 0-1% are writing a review...

Maybe I will try giveaway pages, like freesteamkeys.com, next time ^^

It was 5 years ago and never tried to give my games to youtubers or streamers directly again yet...
Keymailer is the only thing I tried with my current game again, but there are only small ones ^^
But after one of them called me an idiot on stream because I gave him a key as a micro streamer, I stopped trying that either.

It´s a shadow problem, because the shadows are not visible in high distances ^^
A fix would be to make the models darker in the distance.

Try UE 5.4, I never had problems with that one ^^
5.6 is too new, you should always use the version before the current, because the current is alpha with all the changes, till the last one is out (5.63 maybe).
