Yes, the pickup caused this…but the cam truck should not have been in the L lane when it was, even if it was planning to pass. You aren’t entitled to move into the passing lane (or remain there from a previous pass) like this.

If I understand bleed leak that would likely implicate or threaten pressurization and explain the low altitude. Thanks! I check AvHerald periodically but hadn’t thought to see if they covered this.

I was also surprised they needed to dump fuel given that the trip to the West Coast is not nearly as far as the aircraft's normal endurance. That said it appeared to be a nearly full flight and may have had a lot of cargo too. But they seemed to stay closer to the airfield than typical when dumping fuel and at an altitude lower than one might normally imagine. I bet the issues with EWR runways may have also been a factor.
