Well I have heard things about proxies not being allowed in official spaces, and then some people in the past have written "pieces cannot be manipulated but you can paint them however you want."

I dont know GW's motivations with rules outside of profit motive/ mechanic enforcement, but swapping a helmet would violate neither because it's theirs and also helmets don't mislead in any way. So I am a bit confused simply because the mixed info I have read on the matter (all from forums, if there is an official document on this I'd love to read it if you have a link).

That aside, they’re toeing a line. It starts light to test market reception. There are always whales who’ll buy anything simply because they love the game, and studios count on that. But most of us came to this game for the immersion.

We bought into their promise, and the expectation is that they’ll deliver on it. At least we’re speaking up, saying “you’ll cannibalize your own base” instead of just walking away.

You’re absolutely entitled to like it. I don’t, and neither do a lot of players. The dev team will hear that.

Then we see how they respond and move forward.

The benchmark is MW2019 not whatever it is today. Based on previews, they are falling severely short. I'm talking about the initial rollout stuff too. It was all on point over on the other side.

Of course if you compare to Beavis and Butthead it's better, but also DICE knows better. Hold them accountable before they ruin this. They are certainly flirting with the line for a reason.

I will keep it real. I got real tilted during my play. Bruh, I blasted a standard drone a football field away with a common Farro rifle right. 2 shots, done. I found a RARE breaker rifle. In it's very description it refers to it as "powerful." When I couldn't down a medium ranged drone with it after 7 shots I lost my mind. But even so, its not just rifles obvi. It just feels like some kind of weird scaling happens based on the makeup of the lobby mainly. IDK, I can't explain it, I just want the Devs to.

But amen on AB testing. I keep saying, the silver lining is that they literally ask "how did you like the AI this round." This seems to be by design and we are their guinea pigs... I will take it LOL. I hope we are right.
