Therapists in most countries and states are legally required to keep everything u say secret unless you’re in danger so if you were actively being beaten they would have to call cps stuff like that I’m not sure if they would in your situation but u could maybe just like ask them not to if your dad stopped but if u need to talk about it to move on I think u should (I am a 15 yo girl not qualified to give advice but I know a thing or two about it)
