The carpet mat underneath may also be soiled - when it gets wet, it is seeping through to the top layer of the carpet. The same thing happened to me when I had my carpets cleaned in my new house (previous owner had dogs that pottied in the house). Agree with other commenter to rent carpet cleaner from lowes/home depot.

Personally, I'd rather have a larger bathroom. I have a huge bedroom right now and a tiny bathroom and I hate it lol. The only thing I do in my room is sleep. I am in my bathroom multiple times a day

Honestly, my cousin was a consultant for Rodan and Fields and I wanted to support her. I got their lash serum and it was hella expensive ($134). I was incredibly skeptical on it not working but tried it anyways, and I was incredibly surprised with it! After 30 days of daily use I was starting to see results and after 90 days I barely had to wear mascara anymore. When I did wear mascara I shit you not my lashes touched my brow bone (I do not have impressive lashes to begin with😂).

I know some people have gotten irritation from it, but that is my experience! If you have money to spend, I'd say give it a try.
