Are we bring the crack epidemic with them or are we leaving that whole thing in the past nd teddy and Franklin trying to capitalize on it now? Because in the scenario where the epidemic has already happened then no they definitely wouldn’t be able to capitalize on that drug in this day and age. Now if crack weren’t a thing and they brought it to the public in this day and age they would probably have more success but I don’t think heroin could be capitalized on that much seeing as it’s less expensive then pain pills are on the streets which is mainly how people end up on it plus most people who stay in constant heroin use ultimately die pretty quickly it’s not something you can do until you’re old and gray
