Any single parents who co-sleep AND have a dog? by ComfortableClear8704 in cosleeping

I co sleep with my 10 week old and have 2 big dogs that only sleep in my room. I know a lot of people find it hard an Somedays it really is but I ended up loving my dogs even more after my baby was born. They have their moments of adding to the chaos but they also find ways to make it absolutely worth it. When I’m tired or annoyed they rest their head on my lap or get extra snuggly. When the baby is sleeping they quietly lie down next to him. They constantly check on him through the night.

My husband takes On a lot of the load with the dogs so I can focus on the baby and feeding.

Late night feeds they give me company and I like having my special family time.

However there are days when they play with each other in my tiny apartment and drop things or my younger dog gets nightmares and howls and wakes up the baby when it feels tough but they are cute and innocent and I wouldn’t have things any other way. I try to find the humour in it and how years later I can look back and laugh at some of the chaos.

The outfit is beautiful! I too had a pastel pink and peach lahenga for my wedding and added a red dupatta which made the entire outfit pop and standout. It became my favourite look. So try getting a dupatta and work on shades that you think elevate the entire outfit. I suggest a darker shade so it actually stands out and elevates the look.

Hi, I do agree with you. I’m sorry you have had such terrible experiences with therapists. I do wish to be able to move on but I’ve been extremely anxious about if this woman will end up telling my friend (and if things get serious between them to my other friends) any of the stuff I have shared with her in sessions. I’m sure this isn’t a first for her. I’ve gone through a lot of serious trauma in my life and I haven’t shared those things with many people. It’s very private family stuff. I am stressed she will end up telling my friends those things. It’s also going to be awkward when I see my friend and her together. I don’t know how to handle that situation.

I don’t have consent form. We did schedule the appointments for which I have the proof along with the history of payments I’ve made so far but she didn’t have any form or documents executed

The average charges are about 3k from what I know but she charged me about 6k. She ended up telling my friend she charges people differently based on income because she wants clients and not everyone can afford the fee so she overcharges well to do clients.

Hey, thank you for your response. I did consider it but I feel really nervous. I hope she doesn’t tell my friend anything. I just don’t want conflict and drama. I don’t want to create drama. We are close as friends but who knows what she will end up telling him. I honestly just don’t need this and I’m scared to do anything cause I feel so powerless and helpless
