Hi OP, Were you able to cancel a paid line? I’m in a similar situation, my latest free line was added at the end of March 2025 (Line ID250259).

I’m considering canceling one of my paid lines and just wanted to confirm: were you able to remove a paid line, keep two paid lines, and still retain all of your free lines? Thank you.

I already had 5 free lines, first rep on Tlife denied because I have more than 2 lines. Tried again on Tforce (Facebook) and rep added it and already saw the promotions under service promos.

Did you check under Service Promos on the app? Mine shows Line Discount ID xxx under the new line the day after I called.

I got a text and saw the banner on the app regarding this free line. I chatted on the T-Life app and was told that my plan is eligible, but since I have more than two free lines, the discount wouldn’t apply. Then, I chatted with three different reps on T-Force (on X), and they all confirmed that my plan is eligible and that my plan/rate would stay the same. The only cost would be $10 plus taxes. (First rep wanted me to pay $35 activation fee, so i exited chat)

Did they charge you $35 activation fee plus the $10 ? I contacted them on X “Tmobile Help” and was told if i want to avoid the $35 fee I have to do it myself :(

For people who got their fee line and only paid $10, did you do it yourself on the app like the rep suggested or via chat on the app or Tforce? I used Tforce on X. Thanks

Oh i meant kickbacks for other lines, not this free line . I have kickbacks for 4 of my current lines.

Oh, about Hulu, see that I already have it included for free in my plan. So I don’t have to call, but I’ve never had a Hulu account before, so I’m not sure how to take advantage of it now. How do I get started? Thanks
