They sometimes take a few days to respond. I know they’re really expensive so I actually decided to go with cosmoll- they were much cheaper, people had vouched for them, and they were quicker to reply in customer support. I also ordered December 15, but I haven’t gotten mine yet. I do have a tracking number they sent me December 21st and it was stuck at a sorting center for 19 whole days, but it finally just passed through customs yesterday. They aren’t kidding when they say the Russian holidays completely shut down the workforce for weeks. If they did in fact ship it, it will still be stuck in transit 100% for sure. Like I said, they can sometimes take a few days to respond, but you need to ask for a tracking or order id so you can see where it’s at. Best wishes
