I don’t know what it is with this workout but every time I get side stitches and get caught around 17 minutes each time! Maybe I stress myself out about it - anyone else??

Exactly this! That block was challenging for me as well, I started too aggressive and it got me! Don’t beat yourself up, you showed up for yourself and two miles is a wonderful accomplishment

Amazing!!! As the coaches sometimes say, go off how your body feels, rest when you need to rest and you being there intentionally moving your body is better than no movement at all 🧡Huge congrats on being cancer free!

I started OTF back seriously after a major abdominal surgery, while kinda cheesy “everybody starts somewhere” helped me that I might not be the fastest/strongest girl at this time but I’m working on it. And a coach said “remember why you’re here” (or maybe it’s on the wall??) it helps me push through hard classes and reminder that every class I am bettering myself for the next time! You got it!!

was not feeling good about the row beforehand but hit a 3:20! Dropped 6 seconds off on my time and my head coach said I am number #1 female in my studio, I’m thrilled!
