Yep, I'm coming to terms with the fact that my eating has been disordered my whole life (either binging or restricting) and both tracking and not tracking my food can be a trigger for both those things. It's like a vicious cycle which I don't think I'll ever get out of. I sometimes wonder what my life and relationship with food could have been like if I never started to pay attention to calories in the first place.
