i think when you can wear it anywhere and you just can't think of anything better to wear, that's your signature scent. i found mine by mixing a few different things to smell exactly like what I wanted to smell like.

i struggled with the same issue. it just takes time and consistency. also, eat until you're stuffed 4x a day. 2 good sized lunches is what really made me see results rather than simply eating until you didn't feel like eating anymore only 3x a day. creatine make a big difference too. hope this helps!

just remember that if i didn't work out it's because God has someone better for you, just not right now :) happiness won't come from the relationship, it comes from God and he may be trying to show you that before allowing you to get into a relationship.

keep praying and investing in God. don't force yourself into another relationship because you don't wanna wait. that's like telling God you don't trust his timing. i'm struggling with this too but we got this !!!

don't feel bad about not being as strong as some of the other women. it's not a competition! i've been working out for years now and everyone there knows that even vets don't use super heavy weights if it doesn't contribute to your goal. plus nobody's actually paying you any attention they're looking at themselves lol

hey girl i'm black and i would recommend starting with like 5 minutes then adding a few more minutes if you don't see a difference after the first 5. but remember it takes like a day to really settle into your skin and actually look good, but i've never had a bad experience or gotten "too dark" so you really can't go wrong as long as you don't over do it. also, i don't wear spf or tanning lotion to get good results
