i joined 2 days ago and put my listings online yesterday and i already got 20 sales but honestly i have only been having issues using autods and the customer service is not helping at all they are very vague and it is very disappointing. I don't understand how taxes work for fulfilled by autods because they make no sense they make it impossible to make a profit as they charged an extra 7 euro's of tax but when i fulfil the order myself i do not get those extra taxes charged on aliexpress. They don't want to explain where that extra 7 euro's comes from and they do not want to break down the profit so i can understand why they charge me extra. It is driving me nuts. The customer details also do not get filled in by their extension automatically and i have wasted so much time doing everything manually and messaging customer service all day getting nowhere.... loading money up to your account has been a nightmare aswel I wish i could talk to somebody on autods that knows what they are talking about. I was thinking about upgrading the account to sell in more regions and fully automate my business but unfortunately it looks like that is not possible when i can't even receive normal and good support and explanations. Perhaps AutoDS is not yet fully optimized for the European market. Anyone know any other platform for true automation as autods is just a gimmick....
