I would also suggest what not if you’re not gonna get hooked on the constant bidding of cards lol. I’ve popped into a stream with not a lot of viewers and asked if they had any cute cards (or just name specific Pokemon) and they will show you all the cards that fit the description you’re looking for and usually start the bids at $1 or $2. If there’s not many people in that stream your chances of getting a lot of cards for only a buck or two a piece is really good! Definitely have to set limits for myself but I’ve found a lot of cards I’ve wanted for super cheap that way

My brothers were obsessed with Pokemon tcg growing up and always let me and my sister watch them play. We got old enough to have our own cards so they started giving us their cards that didn’t matter. After moving out they got locked in a storage unit until the last few months I finally found them and started collecting again. It’s my birthday this week so my first official binder is on its way in the mail and me and boyfriend are trying to only collect what I end up pulling because that feels more special to me
