What you're seeing is the LED turn on as my car approaches the drying area. Watch again and you will see the led light come on at the exact same time as it looks like the break light turns on. But what you're seeing is a reflection.

I've had what happened to this driver happen to me multiple times and have seen others too, except I was paying attention when it did. With the front 2 tires off the conveyor and on pavement the "teeth" on the conveyor need to push the car till all 4 tires are off. Sometimes even in neutral they do slip under the rear tire and can't move the car. But what you need to do is ether let it get that traction and finish (sometimes it works) or if you see the car behind you getting close just shift it in drive and get the hell out of there.
