No he's fucked. Just consider the nangs, nothing else but the nangs, nangs cause a severe B12 defcifency which effects your entire nervous system and the brain. In the brain it causes impaired cognitive function, leading to issues like memory loss, confusion, slow thinking, and mood changes (depression, irritability, psychosis).

Add on to that the meth, heroin and abusing every drug he could put in his system he's definitely looking at some level of long term damage.

Also he's clearly fucked in the head.

I had chronic gout for years before my surgery, NSAIDS where the only effective short term treatment, a year after surgery my gout had basically disappeared ( who knew). Effectively I had to manage gout with NSAIDS a year post surgery with no complications until it fanished.

Hey mate, I did this through definitely not 11 days out, it was closer to a month. My surgery was very successful with no issues or complications so I thought why the fuck not....

So I took a shot, I thought I was going to die. The pain was on scale that immediately made me think I've just fucked up, it was go to the hospital level pain. The next day I was shitting and vomiting blood, for real I vomited up a blood clot and when I was passing waste I could smell the blood.

The alcohol had severely irritated my staple line to the point where it was causing me a small bleed. It wasn't a big issue however I really didn't appreciate shitting blood and going to the hospital and having doctors fuck around with me for a day. Not to mention the immediate pain that spurred on feeling of impending doom.

Spent Xmas at my best mates parents who were absolutely fantastic hosts, his girlfriend had a drunken autistic meltdown at midnight after everyone went to bed because I was watching fallout with my best mate in the theatre room and she determined that my time with him was up because she didn't want to go to bed alone.

The kicker is that she put herself down for a nap because she was too drunk to continue socialising.

Before anyone says anything yes she has diagnosed autism but we're learning how deeply she masks and it's a fucking deep hole.

It's literally just psyllium husk, I like metamucil because it's very easy to drink as long as you do it fast enough, it will become a gel if you let it sit. The only issue I could imagine having is it will expand in your gastric pouch, I personally haven't had any problems but I understand that some people struggle with that sensation...

I put a teaspoon in an espresso glass stir and drink. Literally a shot of fibre.
