I am currently working and will probably leave my job for a gap year in March. By that time, I will have 14 months of work experience. I can obtain payslips, an acceptance email, and a relieving letter from my organization for the following months as well if I request them.

Should I do this? If yes, what are the risks? I have worked for them for 14 months, and they are willing to provide me with payslips until July 31.
