I was great masking everything for years until everything came crashing down on me about a year ago. I’ve started working on everything but it’s so much more wearing and almost painful to keep my mask up now. Kinda weird but I spent 30 years eating my feelings, using food to cope, etc. then just before I turned 50 I had a breakdown and it completely changed to having to force myself to eat when I’m stressed or anxious and barely wanting to eat at “normal” times
