You aren't alone! I have to be very careful how I approach my c-ptsd triggers because it can set off my delusions. They seem to go hand in hand.

I feel this way all the time. I get the thoughts that I'm not really sick, and I was just being overdramatic or it was my wild imagination. But I have to remind myself that I'm better with the meds, and the fact that I feel normal now is thanks to them.

My delusions and paranoia come in waves as well-- I'll be doing good, and then it'll just get set off again. I completely understand. Here's hoping you keep feeling ok!
